When adding a new bank account as an asset, you can either connect them automatically or add an account manually. Connecting your bank account automatically enables us to refresh your banking data without further action from your side. Once connected, we will refresh your bank account’s transactions every six hours. Every 90 to 180 days (depending on your bank) you will be asked to renew the connection for security reasons.

We use the services of FinAPI to access your banking data. We have decided for FinAPI’s services after intense evaluation of existing products on the market. FinAPI has strong bank coverage in Germany, including a big range of different account types (e.g., checking, savings, loans, credit cards).

We know that your financial data is highly sensible. That's why we protect it with state-of-the-art cloud technologies and never sell your data to third parties.

We encrypt your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest in the Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region.

Our platform is charged with a simple monthly fee. We don't have any hidden agenda (e.g., trying to sell you products based on your transactions). We want to do one thing well and that is to give you a great overview of your personal finances.
